if it is just the leather handel part remove it and put some ruber coating on the metal part. use some weather strip adhesive or something like that gasket sealer may work also. then put handle back on when it sets up. this would work like an insulator to stop vibration. if it is a mechanica; part inside the console you'll have to search for it and maybe put some heavy grease on it like white lube or red bearing grease.

I don't have a leather handle. Its out of a thirdgen, then button on the end of the handle (release button for when the brake is set) vibrates like hell and don't know what to do. Thanks

like this but without spaces
And the piece he is talking about is the stock plastic handle, not your silly optional leather one; they're the same, one is just plastic. But anyway, you could wrap the button in rubber or spray-on bedliner or something.

Go to a fabric store and get some felt, the go to the car parts store and get some weather stripping adhesive (the 3M stuff will stick anything to anything)........

These all sounds good, but how can i wrap it with anything when I do have to use the e brake all the time, which means I have to push that button in, not much room there. If i put tape on it, it won't push in.
How do I do it? Thanks

Yeah but then you can't use it, thats the only downside and with a 5 spd, you need it LOL. There ins't really much room on the side either

get a thin piece of cardboard and cut it so it's the same size as the button so that it will slide into the sleeve just like the button will... but make sure the cardboard is thick enough to put pressure on the button so that it won't vibrate
