Best place to get a custom subwoofer Box

What's the best place to get a thirdgen specfic subwoofer box? I seen some on ebay that usually go for $100, but I'm not sure if there good quality or not. Is $100 a good price for one of these?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...sPageName=WDVW

This is the only other one I found, It looks pretty damn nice:

Stay away from the Q-logic boxes. I do not hear good things about them. I suggest building your own if you have the tools. Its the cheapest route and you will best performance out of the box.

Basically he's saying the cheap blue-print'd boxes are not always the easiest for applications. The boxes are usually made for quick production without thought about what woofer will be used. So due to that they probably do not use tee nuts on the holes so you pull screws off metal threads not the wood (Over time MDF will crumble from consistent removal of the screws). The holes are cut out to a premade diameter, most subs will provide specs for the cutout width so you can use all the of the backside gasket mounting surface for a better seal. Basically now days if you want anything done right you'll need to fork over some money to someone you trust or do it yourself. LOL, I had to learn that the hard way after I spent 200 bucks on a box then couldn't get it to seal for the life of me. Not to mention screw holes totally missing the lid and no silicone used in it.

basically any cookie cutter premade box will be hit or miss on sizing and mountinhg( and youll want to tune you box to your subs anyhows). not all 12" subs are true 12" mine are somehting like 12 and 2/8s or sumthing stupid like that. the box i have doesnt even have exaxtly 12" cut outs

yeah, if you pm jimiroc the theile small specs of your sub he can give you an estimate of a custom box tailored to your speakers.

he quited me a very reasonable $200 or so dollars for a custom box that would fit my subs exactly
