need help with truck radio

i recently tried installing a pioneer CD player in my chevy 1500 truck. the wires that went to the radio didnt plug in, they were soldered to the motherboard, and that didnt stop me from trying to hook up the CD player. so i snipped the wires and then tried to figure out how to hook them up to the CD player. i couldnt hook them up, so i tried to hook up my stock radio. while we were switching radios, 2 wires touched and sparked. i thought it was just a blown fuse, so i replaced it, and then hooked up the radio again. now my right turn signal blinks very fast, faster than the left, and the radio no longer works. the radio has power going to it, and the radio reads 1:00 all the time. none of the buttons work. but when you hit volume up or down, or any of the other tuner buttons, the radio station comes on, but there is no sound. is it possible that i have blown a relay? how do i go about fixing this?? any help is good help, thanks
