Radio Cuts out around turns

Hey whats up guys I have a 1987 GTA abd have recently installed a cd player. I noticed that around turs sometimes the radio will lose power intermittently and the power antenna will begin going up and down. Just thought there might be an issue with the harness in all the f bodies. I took the power straight from the fuse block instead of the radio harness and it still does the same thing. I installed a capacitor and it still does it once and a while. I tried a diffent radio and same thing. Would a short in remote wire cut power to the radio. Thanx guys.

Most likely a bad connection some where. How did you make your connections? You moved B+ right, what about ACC and ground? A short on the 'rem' shouldn't make the radio cut out, unit till it kills the amp IC and the radio melts down, which it CAN do. So of you suspect a problem on the 'rem' line FIX IT.
