stupid question
how crappy are sony xplods??????? i got one for free its a 900 watt 12 incher
well to me, sony woofers are made cheap. sure they look good, but if you want sound that lasts for more than a couple of weeks, sony is not the way to go. of course if its free, i'd say use till you blow it out.

I personaly think their subs sound like ****. My moms stock front speakers in her toyota camry hit harder than those things
however I do have a set of their 5.25" coaxials in the rear of my car right now and they sound OK, not great, but better than some more expensive speaker. But I will be swappin those out for some 6.5" Bostons whenever I get the money for it

sony isnt good at all, their subs suck, and their amps are made cheap, and way overrated. if you want something good go with jl, kicker, or alpine.

Really.
If you're not picky about SQ, play that Sony until it blows.
