Berlinetta Radio Pod
Berlinetta Radio Pod
Anyone have a schematic on the weird setup radio used in my '85 Berlinetta? When you turn it on, it turns into an osscillator, and just hums real loud. If I turn it off and on a few times, it will come on and play normally. Could it be 5v. reg on board?

Hey the radio is a pain in the (you know where)! I hate that the radio is so difficult to replace. And if it screws up you are on a hunt to find another one. And that has become real hard now. I found my radio on Ebay. the guy had it in his garage for a few years and never installed it. So I got it at a good price. I could do like others have done and replace the whole middle console but I wanted to keep it original. Good luck trying to fix the radio, I would hunt Ebay you might find one in mint condtion for $100 like I did...

George,
Thanks for reply. What do you need for the one with eq.? Thats what is in it,and would prefer same.I pulled a couple of wires off while disassembling,so if I had schem. I could just fix this one. Found 5volt reg. was bad, needs replaced.
Thanks,
Ron
