Re: question about wiring

if you run your wire on either side of the car there are rubber garomets you can push the wire threw, on the driver side it up by the fuse box and on the passenger side you can just run it with the main wiring harness for the computer threw the firewall... or if you want to waste lots of time and make a new hole you can do that too but i wouldn't...

Re: question about wiring

Be sure to fuse the wire as close to the battery's positive terminal as possible.

Re: question about wiring

You want the fuse less than 2 feet from the battery if you can manage, the goal is to stop the car from catching on fire. It doesn't take much time to drill a new hole at all, there's some decent spots on the firewall for this purpose and the firewall is pretty thin.

Re: question about wiring

I RAN MY 0 GAUGE WIRE THROUGH A GROMET HOLE BY THE FUSE PANEL. BUT I PUT MY FUSES IN MY CENTER CONSOLE BECAUSE I HAVE A DISTRIBUTION BLOCK. THE CONSOLE IS ALSO WHERE MY DIGITAL EQ IS, SO I CAN GET TO THEM VERY EASILY!
