Wiring Question

I got a Delco radio out of a trans am the other day at the junk yard. To replace a Kenwood that the previous owner put in. But, of course the wiring harness was gone. I know that I need the typical 12 pin Delco harness. But, I don't know what the brown and orange wires coming to a 2 pin connector are? Also, what is the black wire with the single connector going to? THANKS

Re: Wiring Question

the orange is typically the memory wire (lighter fuse) brown is dimming (dims the radio when you turn on lights) black is typically a ground. You can use a multi meter, or a good test light to find what the wires do also (check if power with lights on, or with the fuse pulled)
