Ordered Sony 565MXRF 10 disc player
for my 87 Iroc/Bose system.
Want to keep the original Bose setup and speakers and
realize its FM modulated.
Don't need concert hall sound.

Plays all the different formats including mp3s that I have
burned to disc.

Anyone running one, or comments

i *think* you need a module to keep your bose, as the original bose radio sends out a preamp signal to each speaker, which has it's own amp. plus, the bose amps are a different ohms than regular speakers. shouldn't be hard to get the module and install it though, good luck!

Not up on radios and speakers
When you say module, what exactly is it?

When I put in my car info, Bose-non Bose- ect
on the Crutchfield site, this was the model they
recommended and did not say anything about a module.
Even called and talked to a supposed teck that stated
would hook up correctly.

Ordered extra cable to be able to setup system at the
back of the hatch in the spare tire well, out of sight, per their suggestion.
NOS bottle moving to driveline hump between front and
back seats. ssssssh, never ends! Valve access nice!
Athletic clothes bag with zipper on top will put the bottle
out of site again.
