Well it doesnt look to pretty but its functional. I chose to just spray paint it black for now and ill carpet it later on in time.

Im running 2 Alpine type R 1242D's. Theres 2 2" ports shooting to where the top folds down.

She hits pretty hard with the top up and still sounds good with the top down. Theres only about 1 to 1.5" clearance from the top of the sub woofer to the trunk lid.

I went off the plans in the sticky very loosely for the bottom section o the box then I had to make some crazy measurements for the rest. Sorry guys I dont have the measurements anymore *you can blame my wife for tossing the paper out*

to put this thing in the back I have to remove the trunk lid and remove the paneling in the rear hat hides the latch.

yes i know the wring is all ghetto rigged in the top fold down area for the moment.

what did you use for wood? looks pretty thick. i would definatly cover it with some carpet and clean up the wires. but as long as you like it...rock on!!

 

3/4 MDF was used for the build. i hate ghetto rigging my sound system bu i needed it to be functional for a few days until im able to really get in there and make it look better. im a perfectionist so it wont be good to me till it carpeted.
