I am wondering if any one has pictures of subs that are mounted on the side where the spare tire goes i thought i have seen it before but cant seem to find it.

I'm not sure if they still make it, but Q-forms used to make one that took the place of almost any spare tire. I used to sell a lot of those, and they usually (Depending on the car) didnt sound too bad.

I think there is an old picture somewhere on this forum when somebody put an infinity basslink behind the spare tire panel and that spawned some side mounted sub box ideas...not sure as its been a while...

kinda what i am talking about and i guess i will just try and make some casue i want something different amd not just but the box in the same area i will try and get it posted as i work on it and see how it turns out

Actually this sub is in a fourth gen. For fourth gens both JL audio and MTX make stealth boxes that fit on the driver side in the trunk. I have the JL audio version loaded with their 10" sub in my 95 firebird and sound really good. I have not seen anything like this for third gens. It would be nice if I could adapt my fourth gen box to fit in place of the tool box of my third gen.
