Size of speakers?

Size of speakers?

I have a 88 camaro and have no speakers in it, what size are the front and rears? thanks

6x9 in the back, can't remember the front.


you should get adaptor plates to fit a different size speaker in the back, 6x9's are terrible for sound quality.

Thanks, I definitely will. Just want some sound, even though the exhaust is nice, music makes it even better.

4x6 in dash and there is company thats makes custom kick panels to have speakers up front on the floor if you want additional or alot of sound from www.qlogicenclosures.com

I've never seen a 4x6 that puts out decent sound. Pay the money to get the kick panels and put in some 6.5's. It is a world of difference.

I know what you're saying, but for now I'll probably get cheap autozone speakers, for now, But thanks, I will upgrade it eventually. I just need some tunes.

Just remember that not all 4 x 6 will work especially on the drivers side due to the opening being above the gauge housing.
