Double din?
Hey Guys, I just bought a Kenwood Graphical EQ and it's a full din display.. Anyone have a good place to mount it? I'm thinking maybe in the center glove box but I have my changer there right now.. Is there someplace in the dash I could mount it? I'm almost positive there isn't enough space in the radio box to fit it. I"m thinking *MAYBE* the ashtray... Anyone got any ideas?

Hey if you feel spunky enough you can put it into your dash right under your radio,BUT!! Your are going to have to remake the bezel that goes around the radio and the ac controls. I have done this once before and the guy was happy. I used a piece of abs plastic to do it. If you have never done this you may want to practice on some blank sheet till you get it right. Good luck

Geez....And I was worried about somewhere for a single **** for my remote gain! I would like to see an install of 2 DIN units like mentioned above! I know it's possible, and I have seen a hack job in a Cavalier (Looked good). Hmmm...I may have to get that KQ5 after all!

I've got my EQ mounted directly under the center air vents. You can buy a kit for this and just trim it down to the right size. The only pain was running all of the wiring.
