I just went out to move my car this evening and heard music to find my radio was playing with no keys in the car, I moved the car and when I shut her off the radio turned off like it should. What happened? Does anyone know what could cause this? I'll be checking the wiring in the morning. Thanks ps it's a aftermarket Dual brand head unit

 

Ignition switch is worn or more likely, out of adjustment.
