Kyntex?
kyntex is the mac daddy, mother of all fiberglass products.
I use kyntex exclusively for my sub enclosures and other parts i need to be very strong. My sub box is only 3 layers of kyntex thick, and it will support the veight of the vehicle
, (I tried !)
Once you use kyntex in a sub box, you will ask yourself why people even bother messing with chop mat.
Basically, kyntex is a layer of chop mat, and a layer of heavy cloth, stiched together, with the fibers criss crossing. I normally apply it in strips about 1.5" by 6", and alternate directions with each layer.
Good stuff.

that's what got me wondering about this stuff. I was at the forum where you'd posted the pic at (forgot which one Sounddomain or CarSound), but I was like WOW!
And was just wondering because I'd never heard of it. Do you use the same resin? And alot more of it I bet

I was gonna post a reply but what Mike said sums it up. We have used this product for creating dashes, very strong, and can take a beating.
