New Subs

I am in the market for some new 10" subs, as I just recently sold my old ones, and i was wondering what you guys might suggest as being some of the upper quality, yet affordable subs. Any help would be great. Thanks.

I would try some Urban Audio or Rampage. There new sub line is looking really good. I have one 8 inch rampage sub and it out pounds my friends 2 MTX 8000's. I am sure a 10 would rattle your car apart. Try ames or Kmart. They have them there. I got mine at the local pharmacy though.

are you joking me, that one 8" ranpage, can not out bang two MTX 8000's, unless the 8000's don't have an amp to they, are don't work. go with JL, Inifity perfect, kicker, rockford fosgate, mtx 8000's,alpine.....those are some top good names to go with, later.

I seriously hope that was a joke. Urban and Rampage are 2 of the cheapest, lowest quality, worst sounding subs in existance. I'd rather have a monkey banging on a drum in the back seat.

I'd look into JL Audio, Boston Acoustics, Rockford, Kicker, etc.

i think that urban or rampage is pretty good to have that way you can be certain by no one will take them time to break in and steal them

i agree with everyone else, but the 2 best that stick out in my mind are JL and Boston, those are some bad @$$ speakers. one of my friends had 2 JL 10's in the hatch of his 86 camaro and good lord those things hit, f-bodies are really good with air space that way.

id say if you want 10"'s again, to go with the Alpine S series, i just bought 2 of these and they pound really good for tens, mine have DVC's, im pretty sure you can get them in single too. but the 4 ohm DVC S10's are rated at 600w, big *** magnets, pack alot of punch, really good for the money.

Yeah, thats it, It was a cover up. Man I am so embarrased. I mean just because the subs cost $19.99 for a twelve and the box says 500 watts, it is like the MTX's just cheaper right. I think i will stick with my Urbans. Actually I have one Urban and one Rampage. But I am planning on upgrading to Audiovox very soon. Audiovox for life.
haha
ps. For those of you to whom it may concern. THIS IS A JOKE!
