Radio Reception

Hey i think my antenna connection crapped out because I have the worst radio reception in the world. How do i check the line between the antenna and the radio? Any other idea's are welcome. Its an older model sony in the dash. (Yeah i'm saving up for a REAL headunit don't worry)

Did you check to make sure the antenna is still plugged into the back of the HU?

Yes, Yes i did. Totally plugged in ... I'm thinking it might have happened at the car wash.. they unscrew the antenna to run it through... its definately screwed on but would that cause any problems?! I can't even imagine why my radio reception is **** poor.
