Replacement Kick Panel and Rear Deck Speakers

I have an 89 IROC w/the Bose system that has the two kick panel speakers and then the two in the rear deck. Looking to get drop in plug n play replacement for all 4. I don't need anything that is going to blow you away w/sound just a little music is all I want. I still have the original Bose deck so they must work with that.

OR

Is there a place to send in the existing factory speakers to have fixed?

Thanks.

Re: Replacement Kick Panel and Rear Deck Speakers

I've owned a thirdgen since 91, but the recent 88 Iroc that I've owned less than a year is the first that also has that Bose system with the kick panel and storage cover speakers. I can't tell you too much about it, -yet, other than mine don't work! That being said, at the end of the day, provide signal, speaker make noise. I'm not sure if they amplified from the factory, but as small as they are, you could run drop ins off a small amp or even a modern radio. I'd focus on what physically fits and go from there.
