Good tip for anybody running wire

After you find that perfect spot in the firewall to drill a hole into for your power wire, make sure to double and triple check that you're not going to hit anything.

Today I picked a spot right under the spot where the clutch master cylinder goes through the firewall. I checked both sides, then drilled an 1/8" pilot hole. Plenty of room all around the hole, so I got the cone drill thingie out (The drill that hogs out progressively big holes) and drilled most of the way through, then got out to make sure I was still safe. I had brake fluid dripping all over the place. I drilled right into the bottom of the clutch master cylinder. I drilled on a bit of an upward angle, and the master cylinder sits on a downward slope. Drilled right through the fugger.

Yet another thing to add to the "What NOT to do when working on your car" post on the tech board. That sucks man.
