Radio is still staticky?

I have JVC El Kamelion LX-10 II deck, Jensen 5 1/4's, Pioneer 6x9's, Kenwood 10" cyclone subs, and an MTX amp. I redid all the deck wiring, checked the antenna connections. But the radio is still a little staticky on certain stations. But, it appears to be coming from only the 6x9's, even when the volume is fairly low. any suggestion? oh yeah the antenna is a nonpower one.
