I was thinking of replacing the stock speakers, right behind the side windows. I got brand new maxima marine 6" speakers for real cheap and I've had no use for them, so I was wondering if I took the stock ones out would the 6" ones fit?? Would it sound better or worse?? Would I have to do any modifications?? Show pics if possible please. And is there anyway to put 2" speakers on each side. Like side by Side?? Would It be alright if I spliced the one wire into two, then run both off of the one original wire?? What do you think?

 

put them in and try it, it'll probably be the only way you'll know. Keep us posted on how it works out.

I don't know about splicing the wires, I would lean towards it's ok to do though.
