Boston Acoustics 6.53 and DJ Sexay Kicks mounting dilemma! PLEASE HELP!

Alright. I ordered Mike's kicks and originally was going to order BA 6.5 separates... however, I found a great deal on 6.53's with the 6.5" Woofer, 4" Mid, and 1" tweet. The kicks I received have a 5.5" hole, so the 6.5" may fit, however, from my understanding, the Midrange should be closer with the tweeter. So my questions are...

1) Should I get the whole sized down to put the 4" mid in the kick or just put the 6.5" woofer in the kick with the mid in the door?

2) Will I be able to fit the 4" or 6.5" speaks in my door, with power windows... and where?

3) How would I go about building something to hold either the 4" or 6.5" speakers in the doors?

So..hehe, I just spent $170 on the kicks... and now $400 on an ebay auction for the Boston's... so I'm stressing... please help me with any ideas ya got!

Thanks,
Dan

why don't you just not use the 4". Or you could put it into a different vehicle.

I don't know if this is the best solution, but you could put the 6.5" mids in the kicks and put the 4" speakers in the dash where your 4x6's used to be. You'd have to build a plate for them, but it could work out. I'm thinking about trying this if I end up getting the three-way component system by Audiobahn that I'm looking into...

I'd experiment with placement. One of the best imaging vehicles I've heard was a newer Chevy truck with a 3 way system. It had the 6.5s and the tweets in the stock door locations, and the 5.25" mid in the kick panels. So, your situation may still work well, but because of the severe space limitations in the thirdgens, it may be an advantage to go with a 2 way setup instead of 3 way.
