I have the X series 12" in my car, i can get the new ones REALLY cheap tho, b/c i'm quite a good customer, heh, what have u guys heard about them? They look REAL hot, but how good are they? Any better than the ones i have? All i know is that they can handle 100 more watts RMS, but the max is still 1000 watts,

are you talking about the HEX looking xtants?
Im looking to get some of them and either the 1001 amps or memphis amps.

I have heard the Hex subs in a 4th gen and they sound awesome to me. He had 2 12's and 2 500d memphis amps, Sounded Chrisp, clear and loud.

yea, i'm also getting them b/c they're 100 watts more RMS, so maybe i wont blow them so much, i've already gone through 7 subwoofers in less than 7 months oh boy...
