Look at this...full box or just this?
ok, my friend gave me this panel that holds 2 subs, and its jsut the panel, no box, its like the top of a box, it looks like this http://wsphotofews.excite.com/014/S1/pW/Qr/Gl84359.jpg but with just the top. Should I just stick to that or make a full box? I heard if I made the box it would raddle and shake all my glass in the back.

you may shake some of the plastic panels, but not the glass.
Also, what you have is known as a plate setup. It needs to use Free-Air woofers. Either way, most people agree that it sounds like crap, unless you can make a 100% seal with the well (remove carpet and actually silicone it to the metal).
I'd just make a box.

hrmm...I installed my 2 12"s in just the panel running off of a 500 watt amp and it sounds really good...the board fits FLUSH into the back of the well, and there is no air gaps besides on the back cornors which the air comes out, but I still might have to port it. To me it sounds good for getting just 250 watts a piece.

Buddy,
I don't want to bust your bubble, but crank your system and put a lighter anywhere near the edges of your board. I'll bet you'll get a nice flow of air coming out. It might sound good to you, but its not the best way to go. Porting it might make things alot worse (especially if you just plan to cut a hole and put a port in ***** nilly without any math to go with it)
The good news is that you can measure, and make a box and still have that board to listen to in the mean time. So you can still run tunes until you have time to do it right.

That soudns good, I think Im going to make a box to complete the top anyway because Ive heard that it woudl hit better if I did make it a box. Also I am thinking of rounding out my 2 12"s on my box by putting in a 10" MTX in the middle, and also by getting me a 1000 watt amp cause my amp right now is just putting out 1/5 the power my subs can handle.
