Can someone tell me what's wrong with my carb?

I've got an 84 Z, LG4, no major mods. I can't figure out what's wrong with the carb. I can't get the car to idle below 1100 rpm. I've backed the throttle screw all the way out so that it isn't even touching anymore, but it still won't idle down. The car also has a skip at idle. It isn't very noticeable when driving, but it doesn't idle smoothly. I've put in a new TPS, I've took off the baseplate and cleaned out the idle screw ports and vacuum ports, and I've checked to make sure that the throttle blades are closing all the way. I've borrowed another carb and put it on and the car runs fine. So, it has to be my carb. I've ruled out a vacuum line too, since it runs fine with the other carb. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Are the secondary blades closing all the way as well? I've seen that link bent so that the secondaries are held open slightly. With a CC system, the mixture would be compensated but only through the primaries, so the mix to all of the cylinders may not be uniform.
