Moisture

Does moisture screw with my car? Its been rather wet in south earstern pa lately, my idles are a little wacky and it seems differen. Not overly concerned just wondering?

It can "screw with your car" if the ignition system is not in 100% condition. Check the cap and rotor for carbon streaking and moisture retention. A little silicone grease on the wire connections (boots) helps seal the system fairly well against atmospheric moisture/humidity.

Weak spark plug and coil wires can leak and short from moisture. Even dirt on the wires will contribute to this, since it will hold the moisture. Again, silicone grease on the boots will help seal the wires at the plugs.
