How long does Carb Cleaner last?

I've got a bottle of Carb-Medic thats been around for 10 years in my basement. I think the throttle blades are sticking. More info about the prob here

I was wondering if its ok to use this on my q-jet tomorrow morning.

Any info is greatly appreciated.
