CC Quad Running way too rich
I have an 86 305 and its COOOOOOLD here now. The car ran fine in the summer, But when it cooled down the car runs super rich until it warms up a little. Bad missing, dumping black smoke, Ect.....
Is there a way to tune this or is it in the chip? What do I need to look for or tweek to fix this problem?

Sounds like the choke needs a little attention. The choke pull-off should open the choke enough after it starts to allow it to run smoothly but not open it so much that it dies or stumbles. The choke thermostat should open up at a rate that keeps the mixture rich enough to prevent stalling but not too rich as the engine warms up.
Slim possibilities include the snorkel thermovac system, or the EFE valve (commonly called the exhaust heat riser) not opening.
