plenum divider?

I read somewhere that plenum dividers help with low-rpm power by keeping fuel from each side from being sucked to the other side.

I'm guessing these are probally made for specific intakes. I have a Torker I, so new parts are not readilly available. I doubt I could retrofit one, since a seal would need to be complete in order to help, correct?

any input?

I've heard they help, but it's always a trade-off. What you gain down low will be sacrificed up top. I doubt you need a complete seal, but shape/seal/location/etc. are all going to affect outcome.

Dual planes are so good today, it's hard to justify a single plane, especially for a street car.

Plenum deviders are kind of a bunk theory that had it's little trendy period some years ago, but have since gone away pretty much. A modern dual plane like a Stealth or Perf. RPM will blow away one of those old single planes like the torquer and T2, so there is really no point.
