Fit with stock Hood?

I am wondering if a Weiand Team G intake #7530 and a Barry Grant Speed Demon will Fit under a stock hood. I will be using a 2" drop base air cleaner with a 4" K&N

or do I need to buy a cowl. I wanted to put off buying a Hood for about another year.

Well after a little more research I think it might Fit.

Holley stealth Ram is 10 1/4 tall

the weiand team G is 4.56"

The I need the Air filter to clear the 4.75" of the Vent tubes
so If I take the measurement the air filter base to the Bottom of the base plate which is 3 1/4"and deduct the 2" for the drop base air cleaner that would put the bottom of the air cleaner at 1 1/4" from the base plate.

Now add 4" for the filter that is 5 1/4" add that to the Height of the Intake and I get like 9.81" just over 9 3/4 so I should still have room for a lid with recessed Nut.

Any one agree or disagree

Just out of curiosity, where did you get that 2 inch drop base? I have the chrome AC Delco air cleaner that has Chevrolet on it, but it is only a 1.5 inch drop base. I would be really interested in picking up one of those so I have more underhood room. Thanks.

That looks like my intake

The general consensus was that with the stock hood it would work.
