Ok when I start my car (been sitting on and off for about 2 years) It stubles all over the place if i let my foot off the gas it will stumble and die. When you rev it up it chokes and i can here **** shooting from the carb. Until it warms up but even then it wont hold idle unless I adjust the idle to about 1100rpm. Any ideas? i just swapped this carb in from a 87 LG4 car. My previous carb would idle smooth in gear but would stall when put into any gear.

Probably need to adjust the carb to the motor. For ccc-qjet adjustment procedures see:

https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/carb...s-problem.html

Make sure when it's warmed up that the choke blades are fully open at 90 degrees. Plug all vaccuum lines at the carb while diagnosing to rule out vaccuum leaks.
