Oh, I bet that runs like a top. No mixture distribution problems using a dry-flow manifold with 24" runners as a wet flow manifold, I bet. Plus it fits easily under a stock hood. Yikes!

I thought the whole point of TPI was the multi-port injection AT THE PORT. How does that setup get any benefit, or is it just a complete joke?

Car: Yes
Engine: Usually
Transmission: Sometimes
Axle/Gears: Behind me somewhere
That setup was actually on eBay a couple of years ago. Pretty hilarious stuff I must admit. I think I have a copy of the pics from the eBay listing saved somewhere. Showed it from a couple of angles.

Yeah it pretty much combines the WORST of both the carb and the TPI worlds.... wet flow and just the general issues that carbs have always had, on the one hand; and those horsepower-killing low-RPM long tube runners of TPI on the other.

I don't believe I'd associate the word "thinking" too closely with that rig. Looks more like some hilljack that wasn't willing to learn anything about electronics, just sort of hacked and sodomized something together without any understanding of how any of it was supposed to work (or not...). :barf:
