There's no way to tell where you should "turn" the jets. Every motor is different, and you'll have to test different combinations of jets and metering rods to get the most desired setting. The easiest way to do this is to get a dyno tune, but if you want to be able to tune yourself, look into getting an A/F ratio monitor.
