Need some info on my carb

I just bought a 454 and the carb that is on it is a Holley the guy who built the engine said it is a barry grant carb not a demon but one that he reworked it has a sticker on the fuel bowls that reads Carburetor shop. I can not find any info on this carb It is either a 910 cfm or 950cfm he couldnt remember the exact size. What was done to this carb how is it better than just a nomal holley? Any one heard of this the carb is about 15 years old

If it is a carburetor that we modified there would be a part number and serial number etched into the side of the main body with a scribe. If you can get us these numbers we can tell you what you have.
