The stock carb TH700R-4 set-up used a bracket that bolts to the intake manifold. That would be the simplest solution, find one of those ('84-'87 305 q-jet).

You may be able to get the Holley p/n 20-95 bracket to work.

The big block q-jet may not have the right studs to mount the throttle and TV cables. Holley 20-38 (throttle) and 20-40 (TV) should do the trick.

It will probably work with a Lokar throttle cable. No help for the TV cable.

I don't like the return spring attached to the lower part of the throttle arm (one thing I don't like about the stock q-jet set-up). Puts all of the load of throttle cable pull and return spring pull on the back of the throttle shaft. Putting the return spring on the top of the throttle arm, where the cable is, better balances those forces, reducing wear.
