Third fuel line

Working on finishing my fuel system this weekend. Im running a fuel cell and I already got the old tank out and everything. Im looking at the fuel line shtta go to the front but im confused. Theres the three lines, i know the thick one if for fuel delivery and the thinner one is for fuel return but then theres a third one. I remmeber unhooking it from the fuel pump a fe months ago but whats the third line for? can I just plug it up or what? I can post a pic if needed, lmk

Thanks Guys

Re: Third fuel line

Pretty sure it goes to the charcoal canister where the gas fumes are stored. The fumes are then burnt when you are driving down the road.

I plugged mine off to removed the canister from the engine bay to clean things up. Had to install a vented gas cap also.

Re: Third fuel line

I would mount the pump so it is below the tank as much as possible(gravity fed) and install a filter between the tank and the pump so you don't damage the pump.
