Fuel pump recomendations?

Hey guys, Is there any intank fuel pump that will fit my application? I will be converting to solid roller in the spring. Right now I am using the stock TBI pump w/ return style regulator and it seems to be losing pressure. FBird88 gave me a lot of good advice but the external electric pumps seem loud / a pain in the neck. Is there any intank pump, walbro, holley, etc. that will work?

Let me know.

Factory replacement for TPI application perhaps? You're using a regulator at the engine right?

walbro 255 i imagine would be fine, although I like the sumped gas tanks with external pumps, so to each their own.

I was looking into a Holley Blue pump, but I've heard some bad things about them. Where do you suggest I pick up a Walbro? Would I need the installation kit, or could I re-use my existing hardware? The car has NO rust.

Re: Fuel pump recomendations?

no idea on installation kits on those walbro 255 pumps other than my buddies have put a few in their cars. A holley blue, is alright for a mild combo, but some last for years and some fail within months. It is a loud pump which is kinda a drawback.

Thats what I've heard as well. I might as well get the pump and all the necessary accessories in the install Kit. I think I may have found one. Let me know what you think.
