bolt carb to manifold again first. 7 ft pounds to front. 11 ft pounds on rear (those are max so careful not to ruin the carb). now the line won't bend as much. then use one wrench, a large quality one, on the large nut screwed into the carb, that's the fuel inlet nut, and then another on the small fuel nut. then use the large wrench to hold carb real steady. now if i recall correctly, push up on smaller wrench that you connected to the fuel nut, you know in the direction from the engine to the hood. the fuel inlet nut should now come lose.
honestly if the fuel line gets bent much more then it'll probably be done for, so in my opinion might as well cut and replace the fuel line later. if you cut it then it'll be best to replace the fuel line right. leaking fuel would really be a real problem. maybe you can get the fuel inlet nut off though.

I agree... cut it lose then find a adapter and use a rubber line and put a filter on the rubber line... perferbly a cear one so u can see the trash that collects. (don't forget to remove the old on from the carb)

or you could do it the way the factory did and just run a new metal line from the fuel pump, just get the proper size line, bend it, install the correct fittings and flare the ends.

A mini tubing cutter would be perfect for the job.
Next time, hold the nut going to the carb when you try to loosen the line from it.

Yea, and PB Blaster the crap outta it... for the record there is a specific tool for GM fuel filters in this set up. ( almost never worked for me as a tech, they seem to be locked tight by the miracle of corrosion and time )

I bent the tubing back to normal again.. surprised it didnt snap. The black part twists with ease when i move the carb up and down.. The part that connects to it is the part thats giving me the problem

Not surprising.
Next time, hold the black part before you try to loosen the line. 1" wrench.
