i swapped the tbi motor for a carbed 383. my throttle linkage dosnt work now with a carb. any ideas?

i fabd it with a small piece of recycled fender riveted to the carb so that it makes the connecting points for the cables a little longer. it sounds harder than it really is. if you want a pic send me your email.

right now i have strong zip ties holding the cables to the carb and it works lol

I had used a small S-shaped piece that I grabbed from the hardware store. I believe it was used for hanging plant chains or similar. Made sure there was no slack in it, but it was also easily removed if I had to make some changes to the setup.
