Tuning Q-Jet for stock and performance
I just got done rebuilding my quadrajet carb on my 84 T/A with a 350. Before I bolt it on tomorrow I need to know what to set all of the settings at, such as the stock settingsvon the carb. Then what would be some performance settings for when I get it bolted up and running? Need to know a.s.a.p because Im going to do it tomorrow.

I'd start out at 4 turns out on the idle mixture screws and the IAB. You'll need to adjust it later for proper dwell once it's running with proper timing.
Performance settings for your stouter motor will involve changing out the secondary rods and hangers as well as adjusting the secondary air valve. There's a tech article on this site that has some good info.
