I NEED HELP ASAP-bracket selection and carb hook up
Hey everyone I need your help!
I'm doing the TPI to Carb swap and Im at the point of just hookin up the throttle cable, tranny kickdown cable, and crusie control (not manditory)
I have a vortec intake, much like the elderbrock performer intake and a holley 750 carb. I need some help choosing the right bracket to hook it all up and I need help or some pics of the proper way the cables are hooked up to the carb.

Thats what I have sorry for the poor quality of the photo

When I swapped my TBI for a carb'd vortec motor, I used the TBI throttle cable, and a stock throttle cable bracket from an 84 T/A and bent it to fit. I had an edelbrock carb, but I can't imagine its much different. Please tell me your going to do something about that wiring harness! :P

Re: I NEED HELP ASAP-bracket selection and carb hook up
I used the TCI geometry corrector for the TV cable and the CSR bracket to get the TPI cables to work (stock throttle and TV cables). The CSR is a little pricey, but after spending WAY too much time on the cheap Mr. Gasket piece, it was well worth the money. I have a Demon carb, so I had to modify the TCI bracket very slightly. you shouldn't have to for a Holley.
