Which is the correct bracket?

Hello people,

I need to know what "throttle, kickdown, cruise control" cable bracket i need to get for my engine.

I have the following set up

305 engine
TH700 transmission
Quadrajet carburator

Normally the throttle cable, kickdown cable and cruise control cable need to fit in the bracket.

Hope you guys can help me!
Regards, Cleotiz

For the record, it's not a "kick down". It's a "throttle valve" cable, and for a TH700R-4, it's vital that it's right.

Any reason a stock bracket won't work for you? Or, is it just something that you are missing?

Re: Which is the correct bracket?

There is the LG4 style that attaches partially to intake bolts.
There is the Oldsmobile style that attached to 2 rear Q-jet.

A few pictures here, there, and in links: https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/tran...-tv-cable.html

Im sorry if i didn't use the correct terms :P
Someone told me it is vital that i get the correct one, thats why i am asking this question here.
I do not wanna burn my 700!

I bought this project car, wich is in fact
3 cars put together, but also a lot of parts missing.

The same guy told me Edelbrock maybe sells a universal bracket that you can configure yourself, but i just need to be sure!

Thanks for helping me!
