It's probably easier to take it apart and find out. 40 years, could've been changed and the factory didn't always follow a chart. Why do you need to know? Curiosity or are you looking to change?

For performance usage I assume?
Edelbrock used to remanufacture manual quadrajets and calibrate them for performance use.
The 1904 with electric choke would be the closest to what came on export f-bodies.

Re: Jet and rods 1982 Firebird
I don not have the right quadrajet. I have a ccc Quadrajet and want for a cleaner look a non ccc carburator. I know the build it for canada and export with non ccc quadrajets. So i want buy a quadrajet rebuilt it and calibrate it for a 1982 5.0 LG4 Engine.

If not, I wouldn't worry about what the factory intended to have jetted it with. Even then, it may want an adjustment, probably richer. Finding a carb that is close to what you want is the harder part unless you already have a lead on what you need. Quadrajets aren't all the same on the inside.

What I mean is, the jets and rods are changeable allowing you to adjust those. Stuff like idle channels, air bleeds aren't as changeable. Example, you can only make air bleeds bigger by drilling, no chance to go back smaller. The carb closest to your application is the best place to start. The rods and jets can be swapped around especially since the engine may not want exactly what the factory "calls for". I just wouldn't worry what factory says and worry about what's available to work. You can probably dial in the mixture better than factory was 'allowed to'.
I'm guessing the LG4 non-ccc carbs were adjustable part throttle carbs, that'll also allow you to fine tune a bit more depending on what jets are available.
60 jets are awfully small, especially with a rod being used but we are talking 150hp, so it wouldn't surprise me.
I could very well be laying out details for someone who already knows, so don't mind me. Just writing out information.

Re: Jet and rods 1982 Firebird
OP's post was 6 months ago, but if I was doing this I'd look for a rebuilt non E carb for an 80 or 81 Chevy V8. These carbs have top side adjustable metering rods and pretty easy to dial in for a daily driver. Also worth noting that the ECM controls the distributor too.
