Hey everyone. so I have small block 350 and I’m having a Holley 350 double pumper rebuilt for this motor. I have 700r4 tranny in the car. As we all know the 700r4 uses a Detent cable from tranny to carb. Now I do the cable has to be geometricly correct for proper shipping. My question does anyone know of what brackets I would need for the carb and intake manifold for this to be correct. This is the first time ever doing this so ya I’m a newbie to this. Any advice would be great. Thanks !!

The Holley catalog lists the brackets you'll need.
In addition to the above, which mounts the TV cable assembly to carb, you'll also likely need the cable correction bracket. This mounts directly to the throttle shaft (where the throttle cable attaches) and provides the proper rotational geometry for correct TV operation.
The first bracket listed mounts the jacketed portion of the cable. The second bracket listed mounts the inner cable itself to the throttle.
You asked the same question in the Automatic Transmission Sub-Forum...
I will Quote Myself from what I Posted over there:

Otherwise the Transmission will start to slip and then fail.
I recommend the 3 Components in the Hyper-Links below for any 4150 Carburetor with a Throttle-Valve Transmission.
