Without watching the video, which I'm not clicking on some random link full of indecipherable hex codes, sounds to me like you have the dist 180° out of phase.
Pop the #1 spark plug out. Hold your thumb over the hole and have your assistant bump the starter in small increments until you feel compression. Watch in the hole until you can see the piston approach the top; that's REAL CLOSE to ideal firing timing. Look at the rotor and see which way it's pointing. It needs to be pointed at wherever you have the #1 plug wire installed. #1 ideally should be at the front of the dist, slightly toward the driver's side (#8 should be the same but slightly toward the pass side); if that's not where the rotor points, then either pull the dist and install it correctly, or if you don't mind the whole thing looking like a giant bird's nest, just move the plug wires around until they're where the rotor points to #1 and the rest are in the right order. It'll "run" the same either way, just, there's a RIGHT way for everything to line up, and then there's all the OTHER ways that, while they sort of "work", are ... not right.
