This is one of MANY threatoning PMs I received from CrazyHawaiian...all sparked because I showed disdain for his continued pursuit of another board member over a medocre amount of money years ago. If you really want to stay out, you probably should respond to anything, or even post this.
I've been following these threads for a while and I don't think it matters if you think amount of money is 'medocre'. Bottom line is that Sergio is keeping the cash while not providing his end of the bargain and now he is keeping the money which clearly doesn't belong to him. If you are friends with him, maybe you should be arguing with him why this matter is not resolved.
I'd be as pissed as crazyhawaiian if someone did that to me. In fact after 2 months, not a year, I would probably do some legal action. There is plenty of stuff you can file with local and federal authorities and I've always wanted to try that. What Sergio did is not only stealing, but also falls under mail fraud which is a federal offense.

credit card, or US mail.

That's immature in and of itself. You were the first to pm him. You also asked him to meet you face to face. You obviously provoked him. It seems to me Crazy was responding to your uncalled for comments. Sergio owes him money. He should be a man and pay up. He's not a "so-called" culprit. He IS the culprit. I would never deal with Sergio because of what he did even tho he has had parts for sale I was interested in. If he had ripped me off, I would have certainly paid him a visit by now. It's common sense. He needs to fix the problem and move on.
