Quickstyle-LIAR-FRAUD-THIEF

https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/engi...-radiator.html

here is the thread

in a nutshell, the guy got paid, would never give an answer on if item was shipped, after dispute opened in paypal gave them a supposed tracking number, but after 12 days has yet to give one to me.. now he supposedly canceled package and is gonna refund..

all he is concerned with telling everyone is how he is such a good member but yet fails to see that does not mean he is honest.

Re: Quickstyle-LIAR-FRAUD-THIEF

I usually take the buyers side in most of these scenerios but:

I read the thread and if you filed a claim after only five days I wouldn't do business with you.

Five days is a little premature, I could understand if you waited a few weeks before you filed.

I'm siding with the seller on this one, but only because it appears that he has been as civil as possible in his posts, while your ranting around, calling names, and pointing fingers.

You can go into the other feedback posts in this section and you would see other members that have a lost a whole lot more and waited a lot longer with more patience than you.

If you weed out all the flaming you only have a few usable sentences in your posts.

Now if you don't get your money back or he drops off the face of the earth then I might change my mind about his character, but I think he's being honest about your refund

Re: Quickstyle-LIAR-FRAUD-THIEF

oh im honest alright. you will get your refund soon as i have the money in my paypal account. and by posting everything that you are posting is only ruining your reputation as a buyer, makes people not want to sell to you. especially how immature you act in the situation, all you do is call names and blame everyone but yourself. i've tried to be cival with you, even tried to talk to you over the phone, but you refused, i even tried to help you find a cheaper radiator to avoid having to buy a used one from me, and after you lowball me on the price i still sell it to you at a cheap price, even after i tell you that it might cost a little bit more to ship it than what i estimated to you, you got all defensive, so i went ahead and shipped it for the price i said you. the first pm you sent me after i replied and told you that it was shipped you started flaming me and portraying me as the bad guy, when it all could have been resolved in a cival manner.

85TransAmFreak- thanks for replying to this, im glad someone else can see what the problem is here. I'm not able to get on this forum everyday i have more important things in life. but he takes it as i should wait on him hand and foot. i wasn't able to respond to his PM's fast enough because i had not been on here in a couple of days, and when i actually come back on to give him a tracking number, i have a fraud claim filed against me.

edit: the cost of this whole thing was $100 dollars, who scams for $100 dollars? a year ago i was scammed out of $850 dollars on these boards, check my postings. and you seem more aggravated right now than i was back then. mind you i actually WAS scammed, im not getting my money back, you are.

wow, 5 days? I've sent payment and the part wasn't even shipped for another week and a half. have patience, theres no need to go on here and throw a "hissy fit" as you'd say to 5 year olds, which you are acting like.

seems to me that the mods miswell lock this thread.

Re: Quickstyle-LIAR-FRAUD-THIEF

5 days? WTF? Wasn't there a problem with fasterthanumark and some firehawk wheels. It's taken 8 months and it still hasn't been resolved. Those wheels were a $1500 transaction! Give it some time for the seller to get things ready. If you can't wait at least two weeks, you shouldn't be buying from the classifieds. The seller isn't going to check the board every 5 minutes to see if someone is buying their stuff. I wouldn't stare at a computer all day for a small $100 sale. What a person.

I wouldn't sell anything to him after going crazy on the guy that sold him the fan. After seeing how he reacted, the same code of ethics would apply to buyers as well as sellers. This is a good learning experience for sellers to research buyers on this site before agreeing to a sale.

He also said friday he would be calling Paypal to find out how much of the story was BS, but has yet to post what he found out??

I hope this thread gets locked too

Gottork1967 knows he is the dork face and that's why he refuses to post. Good, I hope he never posts again. Why not give quickstyle at least a week. Gottork1967 is immuture. Not everyone lives at their computer and not everyone can shipping something the same day. What a freakin' idiot.

Re: Quickstyle-LIAR-FRAUD-THIEF

OMFG.. all of you sided with this lying *****.. HAHAHAHAHA idiots

Well here is the proof of him being a LIAR-FRAUD-THIEF..

I just got off the phone with paypal, quickstyle NEVER gave them a tracking number, all he said was " they have the package, this needs to be closed" to paypal thinking his words were enough and no proof was needed. He hasn't given a refund and now is prohibited from using paypal until he pays me my refund..

So ALL along he has lied and all of you bought it..

So think what you want and say what you want, I had a feeling this guy was screweing me over so I filed the claim. And I was right..

period

Re: Quickstyle-LIAR-FRAUD-THIEF

You need to tone it down a little bit. You come across as a know-it-all and it isn't that we don't believe you, it is that you didn't give it more time. We see both sides of the story, don't come across as an @$$hole cause that makes you a bad buyer.

Re: Quickstyle-LIAR-FRAUD-THIEF

wow what an a$$ this guy is, he actually did contact paypal. i don't know what he said to them but he got my account locked, and i just received the package back today the 7th, like i told him, and he still does this non-sense. i had to contact paypal over the phone to be able to refund this guy his money. after spending 20 minutes on hold and 15 minutes talking to a rep about the situation, i finally talked to a supervisor who understood what was going on, i was able to get back into my account to refund this guy his money. 40 minutes on the phone with paypal, not including all the other drama this guy has caused me, i think i should have kept some of the money, but that would just lead to more moaning from him.

and as for me saying "they have the package, this needs to be closed" i never said that, thats a total lie. i told paypal briefly about the situation, im not sure how they took it, but i told them the 100% truth, just like i have done on these boards.

all in all, i refunded him the total $100 that he originally paid me. although my paypal account is still locked and i have to go through some verification process to get it unlocked. so this is my warning to everyone on thirdgen.... unless you are able to get the package to him before he pays or overnight the package to him? don't sell to this guy.

My point is that you went ballistic on this seller and didn't give him time to even ship the stuff before you jumped the gun.

Because of your rants, I made the fact that you were spending a lot of time in the classifieds very obvious to other members. This was so that they would be aware the kind of person you are to deal with.

Your threads are full of anger and incoherent responses that make no sense. Your getting better and better at calling out other members and even the website. I can't even make sense of your posts anymore with all the *** because your profanity is being blocked by the filter.

I suggest you seek anger management or even get a hug from a loved one because you definitely need it after seeing your violent outbursts and name calling.

Good luck on fixing up your car, because I think anyone that sells anything to you from here on could possibly be asking for trouble. And you shot your own self in the foot by making people see your obviously a difficult person to deal with.

Re: Quickstyle-LIAR-FRAUD-THIEF

Ok, I didn't want to get caught up in this, but when i read these posts i wanted to slam my head into the keyboard. this Gottork guy just doesn't get it does he? I completely agree with QuickStyle, he did nothing wrong in this situation. Gottork just didn't wait long enough. i think he was paranoid because he saw other people get screwed over and immediately thought that when he made a transaction, he was getting screwed over too. All he had to do was give it some time.

And running a shipping business has nothing to do with customer service. sure it would help, but how often to you talk to the owner of the shipping business you use, or any other business for that matter.

Re: Quickstyle-LIAR-FRAUD-THIEF

i never said i ran a shipping business, i only said i know the supervisor at my local station, who helped me fill out the correct paper work to put a stop delivery on the package.

if this isn't over a fast delivery what is it about? the fact that i didn't respond to your pm's quick enough? just cause you pay someone for an item doesn't make that person your b*tch.

paypal never "decided" in your favor, i actually had to contact them to allow me to refund your money because all the stupid stuff you have done. i had to go into my account and click the button that said "issue buyer refund" and i did, there was no "winning" in this situation.

i hope you learned a lesson from all this. just be a little patient and all will be well. if i was going to rip someone off, i would make sure it was worth while, not for no $100 bucks, what is that, a tank of gas?

and even after getting your refund you still act like this? there was no harm to you, only my loss on the shipping fees.

How is this guy not banned yet? Hes broken a lot of the board rules including calling names(childish ones at that), threatening other members, filing false claims, etc. Hes making the TGO community look bad IMO

I guess we know who we shouldn't sell to. If you can't wait 5 to 10 days without a problem, you shouldn't buy on the board.

Re: Quickstyle-LIAR-FRAUD-THIEF

all yall need to grow up, 100 bucks for a radiator and fan, wtf are you gonna bitch about, i would wait 2 months on a deal like that, have some F**KING patcience, like wat the hell, i would get irritated if it really took 2 months, but after 5 days, i would think he just recieved payment, lol, i wouldv'e like to been in contact every now and then, like let me know when you get payment, let me know when you box it, let me know when its shipped, i wouldnt care about a tracking number, cuz after a week, and you havent gotten it, you talk to the seller, f**k ups or fed ex or whoever, when you ship a part, you are responsible for it, if it dont get there, gets lost, whatever, you better hope its insured cuz you by all means, should refund the buyers money, and then collect back from ups insurance for your own losses, but whatever you do, dont post on here making yourself loook like an ***
