Can you be a little more specific as to what part you are looking for?

Top Cover?

I'm guessing you are referring to the clear plastic strip that goes between the top and the top of the tonneau...

I was not aware that it had been discontinued... DRAT!

The same feature was also used on the corvette and Cavalier Verts of the same period. You might check to see if they are still in production and are of the same dimensions...

That's what I was thinking, but mine doesn't 'fold'... That's what threw me.

If it is, there's several people on here that don't have one and don't really have any issues. As long as you keep the wheatherstrip clean you should be fine.

Part #12520107 (the plastic protector strip that adheres to the top of the tonneau) apparently has been discontinued by GM parts direct. Last time I was at the dealer and inquired about it, they still had one or two in stock, but they were about $50 more than GM parts direct. Looks like I'll be making a trip to the dealer today...

Hey!

I just went to my local dealer to get one (2 weeks ago) and the salesmen told me he has to get it threw Vintage at the incredible price of 335.00$ CAN !!! Ouch!

Then, I went to my stripes installer to have him a 3M clear vinyl cut to fit the round area. But he says he would have to do it in a trhee pieces sheet to match the large perimeter...

I had the top replaced 2 weeks ago along with the weatherstrip, and I have to wax the tonneau cover every week or so since I removed the protector before my paint job, in 2003.

I am now having an issue about getting a one piece clear vinyl at an affordable price as well.

Any suggestion
