91 trans am convertible

i'm picking up a 91 t/a vert. it does not have the vents in the fenders-is this original? the car has the 305 TPI motor, auto and drum brakes. solid, rust free, typical GM crap paint. runs and looks nice otherwise. has WS6, p/w, p/l, p/m, loaded.
car is black with tan cloth interior and tan top. any info is appreciated.

Yep!
No fender vents.
Sounds like a nice car.
Got any pictures?

i didn't get the car. the lady who had it wanted 3000.00, then when it was time to finally pick it up she said "blue book is 4800.00 and thats what i want". blue book dealer asking price for a 91 vert in EXCELLENT condition is 4800., this one needs paint, minor body work (scrapes and door dings), some interior work, has a couple small rips in the top and the heater core is bypassed. the lowest she would come down to was 4000.00. oh well, i'll keep looking.

no, she didn't want to talk about it in person. after agreeing on a price i told her i would take it immediately and she said she wanted to think it over for a few days. she then began emailing and didn't want to talk in person.
she is un-employed and lives in a small apartment, i figure she mght change her mind when rent is due.

i guy I bought my vert off want 7,000.00 for it due to the seat were just redue, new carpet, tranny rebuild, new create motor and a new top.

But he changed it out to the earlier gta looked, adn the doors a sagging big time. Got him do to 5,000.00 do to all the body work and the new carpet had a big red stain in the rear.

Keep looking if you truly want a vert your coming across the right one for you. I'm still hopping the old couple up the street will sell me their 91 camaro vert that way I have my custom 92 camaro 25th annvery, and a vert camaro . Not a camro adn a trans am
