Help 911 Boot Cover Button Does Not Work

Hey every one im in need of help a.s.a.p, I was looking in my trunk while the top was down and now the button doenst work for the tonnou cover (Boot). Is there a manual way to acivate the boot? or is there any thing i should try? also where is the fuse located for that button? as of right now the car is out side under a honky tonk tarp any help will help alot thanks every one!

Engine: 383carb, 350 TBI
Transmission: Th350, 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.23 posi disk, 3.42
why yes there is a manual way to acivate the boot thinger, there are two wires, one for each side behind the rear seats that release the lock for the boot. If ya need any more look at the other thread Top won't go down. I just got mine to work this why.

yes you should be able to access them with the top down. I just got my vert yesterday, so I'm not that knowledgeable on verts. All I did was fold the rear seats down and looked along each edge. Mine were black in color with a loop at the each end.

Same here i just got mine yesterday lol i guess ill just hold out till the morning to check it out

Ok i still cant get this tonnoue cover to open i looked for straps and the only thing i found was 2 black ones with no handels, they feel like there connected to the top. i pulled on them and nothing budged at all. anyone else know of any other way to pop it open?

Finely figured it out. It was the latch in the trunk it has a safety so that if the trunk is open the boot wont open. The plastic thing in the latch broke so i hot wired it up and the boot poped with no prob. now i need a new trunk motor
